Last week a resident of St.Marys contacted city staff and asked them to identify someone in need of financial assistance - regarding the payment of their utility bill. (The anonymous donor provided some criteria for consideration.) However, not wanting to choose the customer, city staff provided the donor with three customers to choose from. (No customer names were provided.) As a result, the donor decided to pay $100 of each of the three customer's utility bills.
