On last Friday night's sports I saw a high school football player squirt mustard in his mouth (or a coach did it), after making a run. The mustard is apparently supposed to help prevent leg cramps. Since I had never heard of this before, I summoned the Google - the answer is below. However, before reading the answer I feel obligated to say that this blog should not serve as a substitute for medical advice, nor is it intended to be a substitute for a personalized doctor-patient relationship, and that not all mustards are probably prepared in a peanut free facility - and, according to the Google - there is such a thing as a mustard allergy too - so, just to play it safe don't read the answer below - and let us never speak of this again...
