Due to the recent concern involving COVID-19, we are taking measures to ensure that we reduce the risk of spreading the virus in our workplace.
We are closing our office to the public on March 19 until March 31 and will re-evaluate at that time. How to make payments & get information to us: Drop Box – We ask that you use the drop box located directly across the parking lot. The drop box is checked daily. Electronic Option – Utility payments are accepted online at smks.info. There is a 2.5% charge in order to pay by card which is the same charge as our card system in city hall. Mail – We will continue checking our mail daily. All necessary forms are available online at smks.info. Please call us at city hall if you need direction. 785-437-2311. Bettis Asphalt has stated that they are delaying the closure of 6th Street (the 1-block detour) in St Marys until Tuesday, March 24th due to the forecasted weather this week.
