To publish or not to publish...

Notices published on the city's website may be found under the Legal Notices tab which is the first option in the drop-down menu under the GOVT tab on the Home Page. For the sake of clarity, the city is still required to publish certain notices in the city's official city newspaper, which is the Pottawatomie Times. Other are items are published or not published, with the advice of the city's attorney.
