Garber Surveying collected information on 23 properties. Of those, 6 structures (including outbuildings) could qualify for removal with no modification (LOMA), 11 may qualify with fill and/or structural modifications (LOMR-F), and 18 structures (including outbuildings) do not qualify for removal based on the finished floor elevation of the structure or attached garage being below the base flood elevation, or conditions are not suitable under the rules for a qualifying LOMR-F. At some point the results will be presented at a work session...the file below is subject to change, as a rep from Garber Surveying said: "I still have some evaluation to do, like identifying the building diagrams and reviewing all of the photos, before we will be ready to present." ![]()
