The City of St. Marys accepts online payments for utilities via credit card. Although there are transaction fees associated with using your credit card to a make a payment, there is no cost to set up an account, and with the account you are able to view a year of your past usage(s). Note: when setting up an online account, you have to enter the address EXACTLY as it is on your bill.
