Youth Soccer - is offered for ages 4 to 18. Teams are divided by age, with boys and girls playing on separate teams. The City may combine youth in the 4-5-6 age group if there aren’t enough registrants. The season begins in late March and ends in early May. All of the games are played in St. Marys.
Youth Baseball and Softball – is offered for four categories: 5 to 6 year olds (co-ed) T-Ball, 7 to 8 year olds (machine pitch), 9 to 11 year olds (Tri-County), and 12 to 14 year olds (Tri-County). Practices generally start mid-April, with games starting mid-May for ALL age groups. League placement is determined by age as of APRIL 30th OF THE CURRENT YEAR (i.e. – Child turns 11 on May 1st Child is classified as a 10 year old for the season. Child turns 11 on April 30th; child is classified as an 11 year old), and a copy of a birth certificate must be on file for 7 to 8 year olds and up.
Youth Volleyball – is offered for two categories 3rd/4th, and 5th/6th grade. Registration usually closes in late August, with practices starting in mid-September. The teams play on four Saturdays from late October until early December. Each team will play two or three matches each Saturday, and the location of the matches are rotated among St. Marys, Wamego, Alma, and Rock Creek High School.
Youth Basketball - is offered for grades 1st through 6th. A typical timeline has registrations due early November, practices starting mid-November, with games starting early December and the season ending in early February.
Basketball – is offered for adults on Wednesday evenings at St. Marys High School from November through early May.
